How are you guys using the "Client Gateway" function on your MLS?  Or are you?
Early this year or maybe even late 2007 we got to see a demonstration on the ListingBook product; from what I remember it was a very cool technology and appeared that it would replace our MLS client gateway.  The sad news is that for whatever reason they haven't been able to make it available to our area :(
Are any of you using ListingBook?  How many of you are still using the MLS client gateway and what purpose does it serve for you?

Are these the 5 most critical components of a sustainable real estate business?  What is not on this list that should be on this list?
Is there any official or unofficial formula for how much time/money should be invested into each?
 
5 Components & basic definition:
1.  Lead Generation: prospecting by any means necessary and hopefully only those that produce the best results
2.  Lead Conversion: so I have a ton of leads; how do I convert the prospect into a closed escrow / paycheck?
3.  Training: which is better, classroom or private/personalized environments?

Send a personalized note or card to express gratitude. 
Recently I began using SendOutCards to increase the number of handwritten notes/cards to clients, prospects, agents...hell just about everyone I meet now gets a personalized card from me.
One of the coolest features is that I can set up different campaigns for select individuals or groups and the cards go out on the designated days ... just like an email "drip" campaign.  Only these are hallmark quality greeting cards that arrive in their mailbox.
