I might even sell two.....I dunno.
I know I'm going to list at least one house too!  This is going to be nothing out of the ordinary, just this weekend I have a good feeling about the road ahead...and what it holds.  I don't know if its a re-found enthusiasm for selling or what...but I'm gonna roll with it.  Stars must be aligned somewhere.

The dangers of overpricing your home are many!  Most people think that they have the "perfect" house, with very little flaws, the best view, etc.  Are you pricing your home based on what you "think" it's worth, or based upon what friends or family have told you its worth?  How about that house down the street, or across the road, what did that one sell for?  Are you sure?  Remember, REALTOR's use the current market and several other considerations when pricing your home.
