2010 Year in Review for The Charleston SC Real Estate Market

This is a video from the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) with a year in review for 2010. Median sales price increased 6.9% in the 4th quarter to $190k and the number of homes on the market decreased in 2010. It looks like 2009 was the rock bottom and 2011 will be another transition year. What to expect? Median sales prices will increase, inventory will decrease, and interest rates will slowly increase. So bottom line, we are still slowly on the road to recovery … (0 comments)

When I decided to become an independent broker, I wanted to develop a new team concept not seen or matched by any other brokerage firm in Charleston.
