Agent Bonuses: Seller talked to another Agent from another State Who Said - 03/30/08 05:02 PM
Agent Bonuses: What do You think of them? We'll of course we all like getting one. But do they really work?  This weekend one of my sellers who was talking to another agent from another State said that she only looks for homes with bonuses and only shows those!!!! (?) In all of my training and education I was taught, that was a form of steering(?) Now at the time I really didn't think about it, but at the sellers request I put a bonus on her property.  I should mention the house is a GEM. Perfect ten. And I sadly report … (8 comments)

I remember when...... Never thought I hear myself saying those words. The real estate business has come along way in 17 years. I remember walking my farm ( of course I was 30 lbs lighter too (?) ), doing cma's from the printed book that came out once every other week, getting the photos developed (5 days) and so on.  The hardest part of all this technology is getting started.
