In many cases, some don't! As Realtors, we are in the service business but many in many cases, don't provide it. We take Thousand and Tens of Thousands of dollars from our clients to market their homes and give them little else other than an MLS listing and (maybe) an advertisement. I see numerous listings with missing or incomplete information, poor or non-existent property descriptions and many times, not even a photo, let alone a virtual tour.
