This could be your year! If you are on the Activerain website, you've taken an important step to understanding today's buyer. I've been saying for months that realtors are going to be dropping like flies in February of 2008. WHY? They are going to be receiving their W'2s & 1099 and saying "This is what I worked for?" Then they're going bacjk to be being bartenders, car salesman or the next get rich profession. Are you ready to step up to fill this void?
