I wrote about the Scottsdale downtown revitalization efforts yesterday, and then discovered some additional info about the City of Phoenix. While Scottsdale has been tracking a $3+ billion dollar investment in its downtown projects in the past four years, it's not the only local municipality to garner heavy investment into its downtown areas.
