Shane, Shane, Ashlen and Mike are all in their early 20's.  Shane is Navy, Mike is a recent college grad who relocated to Kitsap from Iowa to work at PSNS.  They both bought nice homes in Bremerton - SMART young people!  And it wasn't easy!  Shane and Ashlen went thru multiple offers, bad inspections - you name it! - before arriving at their new construction home!  And Mike had financing heartache with a credit union that didn't coach him on how to properly document his down payment.  Luckily we got his financing flipped to Melanie Rowe at Republic Mortgage, Silverdale, and … (0 comments)
