I've heard from many others, if you want to increase your business just plan a vacation. I am leaving with my family next week for Vegas and California and in the last week I have written and had accepted 4 contracts with another two are imminent and three new buyers wanting to see houses this week. Other agents have been ringing my phone off the hook to set up showings. Not sure who opened the flood gate and I am def not complaining but now I can tell you its not going to be a relaxing vacation. I'm thinking I should just take a permanent vacation.
