We have represented many buyers with a new construction home in Tampa Bay. I have, thank goodness, never run across a situation like described in this article below by our Arizona friends. However in every case we have had to protect our buyers rights during the building process, at closing and after. We have worked with inspectors to correct issues with the construction.- Yes you do inspect a builders new construction!
