     The price of postage is going up again!  On May 11, 2009 the price of a first class stamp is going from .42 cents to .44 cents.  This is just going to push more and more business to use email more than snail mail.  Many people still like to receive snail mail because it is more personal than email.  Will this increase make you do business differently?

     The price of being a Realtor is going up... AGAIN!  The cost of a first class stamp is going up another penny, to .42 cents from .41 cents.  With the amount of direct mail that most real estate agents send out is staggering and now it will cost another penny per piece of mail.  One penny may not sound like alot but if you send thousands of pieces of mail per year then that extra penny adds up.  This extra cost can't be recovered.  Realtors don't have products that to recoup the added expenses all you need to do is … (11 comments)
