I have a client whose listing has gotten very few showings. I am reaching out to other REALTORS® and interested consumers to get some different perspectives on the marketing of this really special home. For two nights this week I have helped another real estate agent sell a lot in our neighborhood. Actually I wasn't on the job. The first night I was kayaking back in from the river just as she and her client walked around the boardwalk and looked out the gut. The next night I was just coming in from the river in our new boat. I could have been a prop again this afternoon. After a morning of fishing on the river, I headed over to the clubhouse and had a swim in the pool. I was the only one there. Actually I wasn't needed

We just got a great new listing which has been completely remodeled with many nice touches. It has a wonderful back yard view of Broad Creek from a fantastic 22X16 screened in porch which in the climate here in coastal North Carolina is like having another room on the house.
