Is the Real Estate Market "MEDIA" Shark Bait? - 12/13/07 01:51 PM
Camden County Real Estate, Gloucester County Real Estate and Burlington County Real Estate. Before I move forward, I just want to make this clear - I believe in concise, fair, accurate and to the point media coverage on all issues, whether it be about the weather, the price of gas, the Real Estate market and so on. The Sky is Falling? When the market that we all just returned from decided to change over the past year and a half or so, I began to realize the market is just "ADJUSTING". Quite frankly I'm ok with this, I'm in favor of a slow and (7 comments)
New To Real Estate Investing and Looking to FLip? - 12/06/07 12:34 PM
Camden County Real Estate, Gloucester County Real Estate and Burlington County Real Estate and flipping houses I just read this blog here that was posted by Konnie McKee which inspired this post. As a REALTOR® and a real estate investor, I will try to give you my views on this subject. I hope they help. CURB APPEAL IS KING! You will be amazed how much buyers want to deduct (2 comments)
Me and My BLACKBERRY - 12/03/07 09:49 PM
I never thought I would say this but... I LOVE my Blackberry! You see my Blackberry has my calendar, email, and an extended memory card. This is the best feature for me and here is why... Today, I received a call from an appraiser that needed a copy of my buyers contract. I was not near a computer or a fax machine and since this is a real tough deal that is getting ready to close, I knew i needed to get the information to him immediately. So I went to my Blackberry and said, "not a problem". I immediately faxed the .pdf of the contract (10 comments)
Foreclosures, not for everyone.... - 12/03/07 02:14 PM
Camden County Real Estate News Buying a Foreclosure Part II (and hopefully the last installment) As you may know I posted a blog approximately 1 month ago about buying foreclosures. This is an update to that blog and a simple heads up, slow down and be aware that it's not always easy to buy a foreclosure. My client and I are now bringing this stressful deal to a close. After home inspection the house seems ok and it's a GO to move forward. We have done everything as per the selling banks wishes and the house looks to close shortly, but not without some (1 comments)
