I never thought I would say this but... I LOVE my Blackberry!
You see my Blackberry has my calendar, email, and an extended memory card. This is the best feature for me and here is why...
Today, I received a call from an appraiser that needed a copy of my buyers contract. I was not near a computer or a fax machine and since this is a real tough deal that is getting ready to close, I knew i needed to get the information to him immediately.

Buying a Foreclosure Part II (and hopefully the last installment)
As you may know I posted a blog approximately 1 month ago about buying foreclosures. This is an update to that blog and a simple heads up, slow down and be aware that it's not always easy to buy a foreclosure.
