1. One condo settled in Players Place for $156,000. The original asking price was $164,900. It was a two bedroom 1 bath unit. The seller gave a $5000 concession for closing assistance.
2.  Presently, there are 45  Active listings in Valleybrook - The average asking price is $192,785
3. The Average DOM or Days On Market of presently ACTIVE units is 134
