Here is the most recent market update and comparrison for the months of October 2010 and October 2011 in the Gloucester Twp NJ area.
As you can see only 8 homes less where listed than last year this time however the listed average (price) only dropped by -$9521. A total of 10 more units went pending in October 2011 compared October 2010 and 27 units sold in October 2011 compared to 32 in Oct. 2010.

The first time home buyer is trying to find a great deal, NOT a great house – Way too many times I have seen buyers pass up on homes that were perfect for them to raise their family, great school systems, great location etc. only to find out later when they go back for that house, it has been taken by another buyer. As you can see there is a slight decline in home sales as last September 7 homes sold as this September 2011 5 homes sold. The DOM or days on market went up from 70 to 89.

Apologies is someone already brought this up, but i just have to blog about this.
Fellow Realtors, when you picked your domain name(s) did you really take the time to think about it? How will it fair in the search engines, do people think of your domain name when they search for real estate?
First, I think EVERYONE should register their own name.....its your identity, keep it yours. Unless you want to stay under the radar, its a cheap investment.
