Welcome to Medford, Massachusetts and the great neighborhood of the Brooks Estate. Medford is a city about 5 miles north of Boston, Massachusetts.
The Brooks Estate in West Medford was first settled in about 1660 by Peter Chardon and Shepherd Brooks.
Another advantage of living in the Brooks Estate is the 9 minute Commuter Rail Train that travels from Lowell to North Station in Boston. This attracts a wide range of people who work in Boston to save on the ever rising gas prices.
