The country’s second largest auto insurer, Allstate, has announced that it will rejoin the ranks of Massachusetts Auto insurers in the coming months. The string of major companies that have re-entered the state was initiated by a lift on cost-regulations. In the past year, Massachusetts began to allow auto insurance companies to set their own rates. Massachusetts residents are expecting lower rates with more companies joining the fleet of insurers setting their own rates.
