Ignite ... Starting the 4th Week of Our 20-Day Workshop ... from Ocean City, New Jersey

We begin our 16th day of our 20-day IGNITE Workshop experience being held in Wildwood with about 14 agents from both our Wildwood and Ocean City offices ... making up our "Jersey Shore" Marketplace with Keller Williams.  It has been a somewhat interesting, difficult, and time-consuming experience.  We pack up about 7:30 AM and pick up one another for the trip south to Willdwood from Ocean City.  That's a 30 minute drive and another 8-10 minutes stopping for coffee and/or a breakfast sandwich.  The … (0 comments)

Let's take a careful look at the "Single Family" Property Category throughout Ocean City (NJ).  We will also compare that information with single family sale properties just in the Northend and Gardens sections of Ocean City ... that area from Sixth Street through the end of the island at the Longport Bridge.
Right away, we have noticed that the listing numbers for single family properties throughout Ocean City (NJ) was much lower than in the past 5-7 years ... throughout January and February it was in the mid-160s in number … (0 comments)

Spring Arrives Tomorrow ... But Wasn't It Here Yesterday? ... from Ocean City, New Jersey
 
I can't begin to understand all of the signs of spring this year.  Why?  Because off and on it seems that much of the winter was our spring as well.  It was just so very confusing.  It also impacted our "Spring Buying Period" which this year really began in mid-January with nice weather, open houses, buyer activity, etc.

Ignite is a 20-day morning workshop covered in four weeks to jump-start new and experienced real estate agents through the materials which are a part of the Keller Williams Realty, Inc.  This particular workshop involving about 14 participants from the "Jersey Shore Market Center is headed by our Broker, Paul Chiolo.  We have participants from our Wildwood Crest and Ocean City offices.

Our "IGNITE" 20 Day Workshop Begins Tomorrow for about 15 agents in our Keller Williams Realty company in the "Jersey Shore" Market Center.  As everyone knows, our national company is a teaching and learning one that goes the extra mile to provide agents with the right attitude and tools to do the job right.  So even an old-timer like myself is looking forward to the challenge to try a few new ideas and pick up some additional skills to do the job even better than what I have been doing.
