I passed by a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) on my way in to the office this morning. I was reminded of my interview with the couple of this particular house. They, as many sellers, thought that their house was worth way more than the market says.  If top producing REALTOR’S are trying to list your house, then you have priced yourself out of the market.  If sellers price themselves outside of the market, they will watch their home sit on the market for months.

market conditions: Floating Down the River - 09/11/10 07:25 AM
I'm sort of excited about tubing down the river today with my family. Our church hosts a trip each year to get families to enjoy a relaxing day together.  As I anticipate that trip, I've come to some conclusions about what to expect.
First the water will be cold. It's September and this river is cold in the middle of July. So with the outside tempature not so hot, the water will seem even colder. I've heard that you get used to it!
