Like all of you I am sick to death of the barrage of negative political ads on television. Both parties are guilty. It has been bad before but this year it is even worse. Sometimes I just turn off the TV.

I know this title has probably been used on different occasions and we all have our own opinions on the interpretation of that.
My interpretation of "Beauty Is In The Eyes Of The Beholder" is that the Seller of a property has sentimental attachment to the home they are selling.  They have typically put their hard earned money and sweat to make it the way they want it.  However, the way they wanted it and the way John & Mary Q. Now that I have been a Realtor for over 23 years, I believe I can be a good judge of Realtors as I have seen so many come and go.  As a client, this is what I would honestly say if I was honest and sensible.

Do you go above and beyond the call of duty?
Doesn't it seem sometimes that we become super heroes?  The reason I say do you go above and beyond the call of duty is that in order to get a sale to closing we do what it takes to get it there.
