Emphasize the Positive

 
 
Like all of you I am sick to death of the barrage of negative political ads on television. Both parties are guilty. It has been bad before but this year it is even worse. Sometimes I just turn off the TV.
 
Perhaps the most depressing aspect of this campaign tactic is that it works. I assure you that they would not spend the millions upon millions on negative ads if they were not effective. So what does that say about us as voters? Do we … (3 comments)

Homes Deteriorating Before Our Eyes
We are all seeing this happen substantially throughout the areas we service as Realtors.  Houses have been vacated due to no longer being able to make payments and the house is going into foreclosure.
The Lenders just don't get it.  By working with the people that are in these homes and restructuring their loans, even if their may be some arrearages or their credit has been blemished, the Owner's of this house are maintaining the property and keeping the value up and not letting it rot away.  By the lender not being … (1 comments)

Now that I have been a Realtor for over 23 years, I believe I can be a good judge of Realtors as I have seen so many come and go.  As a client, this is what I would honestly say if I was honest and sensible.
