phoenix arizona: I-17 Construction North of Loop 101 Begins - 06/04/07 02:34 PM

The improvements to I17 north of Loop 101 has begun. This construction impacts many residents such as homes in Anthem, Tramonto, Sonoran Foothills, Amber Hills and Carefree Crossings.
Updated Information is Below:
Overnight Restrictions at Happy Valley Road -- June 4 through 8
Work has started on projects to improve I-17 north of Loop 101. The first project includes constructing new traffic interchanges at Jomax Road and Dixileta Drive .
This week, the speed limit on I-17 was reduced to 45 mph from Happy Valley Road to Carefree Highway . The reduced speed limit will remain in place for the project's duration.

There were 6 homes sold in Dynamite Mountain Ranch for the month of April 2007. The average list price of these homes was $335,824.83 and average sale price was $332,108.17.    As of April 30, there were 4 homes under contract.     The average list price of these pending homes was $358,425.00.
As of the end of the month, there were 68 active listings in Dynamite Mountain Ranch.    The average list price of these homes was $378,611.68.
