stetson hills: I17 Construction - Weekend Closings Will Impact Subdivisions in North Valley - 08/08/08 11:09 AM
Over the weekend, August 8 - 10, 2008, Loop 101 will be closed Westbound at I17. This closure will impact many northern communities such Stetson Valley, Stetson Hills, Sonoran Foothills, Tramonto, Fireside and Anthem.
Similar projects will continue through 2009, at that time we expect to see improved roads, interchanges, and exits which will enhance transportation to and from these same communities.

The subdivision of Stetson Hills had 4 homes sell during the month of May 2007. These home had an average list price of $463,450.00 and average sale price was $442,000.00. As of May 31, 2007, there were 4 homes under contract in Stetson Hills. The average list price of these pending homes was $388,975.00.
There were 45 active listings in Stetson Hills as of the end of May 2007. The average list price of these active listings was $498,234.44.

Stetson Valley - Glendale Arizona
Stetson Valley is a new community in northern Glendale. The homes are being located north of HappyValley road between 55th Avenue and 51st Avenue. It is a phenomenal location with cascading foothills on three sides of the community. It is a picturesque location.
Stetson Valley is being established by Pulte, Greyhawk and Lennar and when completed should be approximately 2200 homes. Pulte alone is building six series of homes that range in size from 1200 square feet to 3900 square feet.

Stetson Hills - Glendale Arizona
As of February 2007 there were 44 active homes on the market in the MLS system. Their average list price was $507,883. There were two 7 pending (under contract) in February and 3 that were sold in Stetson Hills. The average sales prices were $444,671 and $518,266, respectively.
Patrick Ranch - Glendale Arizona
