getting focused: Split Focused Real Estate Investing Starategies Ususally Ensure Failure - 02/06/12 09:06 AM

Unless you utter the words “I’m a full-time real estate investor, and I’ll I do is buy, fix, flip, wholesale, rent, and sell houses all day every day”, plus have a team of about 6 strong employees, it’s very difficult to implement 3 different investing strategies at one time with success.
