In today's world it's so easy for homebuyer's to search for homes online - virtual tours, a lot of interior pics, google earth for those neighborhood views.  It's great to have an informed buyer that knows what type of home they want, can pinpoint the neighborhood and sometimes even the exact home they want to look at and possibly put an offer on.  It's exciting having all this information at a touch of a mouse but the most important information can sometimes be overlooked by the most saavy buyer - 1.  How much can I afford and how much of mortgage … (3 comments)

mortgages: Why Should You Trust Your Agent's Recommendation For A Lender - 10/23/15 02:42 AM
It takes a "team" to get you to the closing table when you purchase a home.  So when your real estate broker/agent recommends somone from their "preferred" vendor list there is a reason.  My company policy is to send my "buyer's and seller's that become "buyers" a list of "preferred vendors" that have been used by other buyer/seller's in previous transactions successfully.

mortgages: Loan Modifications - Do It Yourself? or Seek Professional Help? - 03/29/10 10:30 AM

How much time do you have to devote to … (2 comments)
