rentals: Manners Count Whether Buying or Renting!

We are in full gear in the western suburbs of Illinois for the spring buying and rental season. The weather is finally starting to cooperate and calls are coming in from other agents scheduling showings for our listings and from buyers/tenants for our homes and rentals. So what are some of the issues that can arise when you schedule what we agents call a "showing" on a listing whether its a home for sale or rent? What do we expect from potential buyers or tenants?

rentals: Sad Day in Lakeview Estates in Oswego, IL

I can't believe I have lived in Lakeview Estates for 15 years! Within that time both of my original neighbors passed away and new ones moved in. When I moved in I was one of the youngest in my immediate area. In established neighborhoods people seem to stay longer. So when my neighbor told me they were relocating I was really sad. I was used to seeing the husband walk their dog, Riley, around the neighborhood. He was a rescue dog and cute as a button. rentals: Looking for Rentals in the Oswego, Montgomery and Yorkville area?

I normally don't take on rental listings but after my latest experience I welcome them. I first had a single family home in Plano and in less than 60 days I was able to find an acceptable tenant for the homeowners. This is the 2nd tenant I have found for them and so far they have worked out.
My 2nd rental was a townhome in Yorkville and again another great tenant and a happy landlord!
