As a realtor, I have had the pleasure of seeing and on occassion selling unique or one of a kind homes. I have always been drawn to those quirky homes that only a special buyer would love. You know the ones...you look at it and wonder...what were they thinking? Or...I wish I had thought of that!

Luxury homes are a special niche and with 97 current active homes available in the $1M and up price range, Naperville IL has plenty of inventory for buyers to choose from. Even in this high income town, when it comes to luxury homes inventory has stayed about the same for the last few years since I have been reporting on the market.
