I am not looking to call anyone out, or to really point the blame finger in anyones direction...in fact, i am honest enough with myself to say that i have been guilty of doing this myself.  One thing i notice, especially in-todays market, with listing agents is the quantity vs. quality mind set.  Now i am smart enough to know that control the inventory for the most part mean controlling the market and your profitability.  I mean, more inventory, the more likely you will be successful...but...is having a ton of over-priced inventory really doing anything for you, or giving the utmost … (7 comments)

can you see...can you taste it...its time.  If you have not received a market report from your realtor, 1. call me and i will get you one and 2. you should request one and take a look.  Now a historic rule of thumb in the sales business is this; "if inventory is up, prices are down, and buyers take advantage...and the inverse holds true."  So, taking a look at teh market at the beach here in SC & NC, i would say its time to buy.  Now statistically, the winter is usualy slower than usual, and sellers are caught in desperation....hence … (1 comments)
