Hello Realtors,

I was just wondering what kind of after closing services do you offer your clients. Is there an industry standard in terms of follow ups or do most of you just send out Christmas cards and birthday cards. Also if there was a services that would help clients remember you what would it be? I know this is a lot of questions but I received a birthday card from a Realtor that helped me buy my house and even-though I thought is was nice, i would have liked something that would have been of more value to myself and my home. I.E tips on home to increase the value of my home with the slow pace at which equity is rising these days. All the input of this topic will be greatly appreciated.
