A Sign of Progress and New Construction in Prospect CT While on the road coming from appointments this morning, I was driving somewhat slower than one would expect going uphill.  There was a long line of cars  and I couldn't not see the reason for the slow down.
As cars peeled off, the cause was very obvious, a fully loaded cement truck in a normally residential neighborhood.

Located at the just off the center of Prospect on Waterbury Rd is Hotchkiss Field. This town managed recreation area was a gift of the Hotchkiss family, who donated a portion of their farm for the 'Public Good.'
