D/FW Area Single Family Home Sales - Four Year History With September 2009
The September 2009 Single Family D/FW Home Sales Report came out today.  The report, supplied to me every month by Christina Anniboli of Republic Title, shows that the greater NTREIS area had a total of 6,020 sales for the month of September.  While this was down a total of a little over five percent from last months total of 6338, this was the smallest percentage decline from Aug to Sept for D/FW Home Sales for all years dating back to 2006.
