Postcard marketing is still is one of the most affordable methods to speak to your audience. It is only successful when it is planned properly and has to do with the 3 key ingredients. It's like a 3 legged stool, take a leg and it falls. Those 3 ingredients are(and I'd like your feedback on this):
1)target - who you are mailing to
2)your offer -good heading, good copywrite
3)your visual -how you present yourself to them professionally
What if you took a postcard campaign and attached a magnet to it? Think of the possibilities.
Christmas time you could mail one with a calander attached.
You could target new neighbourhoods with a business card sized magnet that they would keep and you'd be on their fridge.

Well on that landing page there is a fill in form where you are collecting their information. You ask the questions you want to learn. WOW! Imagine, a marketing campaign that is helping you grow your client list database.
It gets better. When they click the send button, you get a email message stating that they have just submitted a query. You can then quickly contact them to get them the information they want.
Want to know the best part? It's all track. A postcard campaign that is tracked? Yep, all the results are posted in a graph. This type of technology was only available to the large businesses that could afford it. We now offer this technology to realtors and other small businesses. You can now understand your marketing ROI and really build your database to grow your relationships. That is interactive marketing.
