With the media relentlessly giving the real estate market negative reviews , it has been a rather difficult market. It is not an easy market to navigate but with the right tools and know how it is certainly not impossible to sell today.  Pricing is everything.  It seems the public has returned to buying homes realizing that the prices are not really going down much.  Now the market is pricing itself better than ever.  We have seen some slight reduction in prices but nothing like the media would suggest.  Again, the most important thing the seller must do today is not price the home too high.  The only way you will sell today is when your home is priced right to sell.  This is no time for testing.  It must go on the market at the right price or you will have buyers not even looking at your home.  Sales are taking a little bit longer than they used to but we all know that people will continue to move and real estate will always remain in demand.
