Economic News:  It was a fairly uneventful week for data.  The Labor Department issued its report yesterday on Jobless Claims and while the headline number was worse than expected the underlying data on the four week moving average, as well as the continuing claims, showed that things are very slowly improving.

The FannieMae HomePath loan is for homes currently owned by Fannie. The biggest draw to this type of financing is that there is no appraisal required since Fannie already owns the property and has set the sales price.
