The are 56 single family homes currently listed in 2012 versus 75 in April of last year. 25 Sales occurred this year versus 13 last year. Marketing times are steady between this year and last. The market is experiencing a nice spring.

The following data represents the Real Estate Market Review for Alamo, CA 94507 for the month of January 2012. Alamo left the doldrums of December behind and started January off well. Active listings are down from December but we have seen movement in the higher end homes priced above $2,000,000. These monthly reports can be volatile so always take a look at a longer time period to determine real trends.

Alamo has 46 homes currently "pending sale"with a high price of $11,800,000 and a low price of $599,000. There is one condos/townhomes "pending sale" currently pending sale priced at $515,000.

The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review of homes sold in 2011 versus 2010 for Alamo, CA 94507. The Alamo market, while experiencing a slowdown in unit sales, has seen pricing and marketing times holding steady. The attached home information varies greatly as the data sample is too small to really reach any conclusions but we can certainly see that median pricing was under pressure.

The following data represents the Real Estate Market Review for Alamo, CA 94507 for the month of December 2011. Seasonality took hold in the Alamo market in December. Active listings were down by 15 homes and home sales were down by 7 units from November. The months inventory of homes for sale also took a jump. These monthly reports can be volatile so always take a look at a longer time period to determine real trends.

Alamo has 34 homes currently "pending sale"with a high price of $2,950,000 and a low price of $579,900. There are no condos/townhomes "pending sale" currently pending sale as of 12/31/11.

The following data represents the Real Estate Market Review for Alamo, CA 94507 for the month of November 2011. There was a nice increase in the median sales price for the month. Two homes sold for over $2,000,000 and an additional 2 for more than $1,500,000. Inventory and average days on market were also down. Pending sales also increased for the month.

Alamo has 31 homes currently "pending sale"with a high price of $2,995,000 and a low price of $579,900. There is currently one condo/townhome "pending sale" which was listed at $359,000.
