blog: Homes For Sale in Fredericksburg VA - The "Spin" on Real Estate - 05/15/08 08:44 AM
Earlier in the week I was asked to attend a meeting at the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors® conference room.  Was told that a group was meeting to discuss a blogsite for the Association.  Apparently, there were some that thought that my presence on Active Rain indicated a propensity for blogging.  Naturally, the blog would focus on homes for sale in the Fredericksburg VA area.
If the truth were known they would realize that my blogging is inversely proportional to the amount of real estate business I have.  Oddly enough, I am quite busy now but do not want to let … (9 comments)

blog: Credit for Posting Blogs - 08/20/06 07:09 AM
Have noticed just today that some of the blog entries I have made on Active Rain Real Estate Network are not appearing to receive credit/points; shows you how astute I am.
If you select "Associates Only" does that mean there will be no points assigned?
How about if you select (in the "Also post in" field) any of the entries, are credits/points adjusted?
Am still trying to figure out the dynamics of this system.
If I were to go back and edit any of the entries made and modify the "Visibility" entries or any of the "Also post in" entries would the credit/points be modified?

Ever go on a search engine and enter "blog" as the subject?
If you have, you will find a variety of articles dealing with the vehicle in which you must have at least some interest.  There are many articles dealing with accuracy in blogs and that holds a great deal of interest to me.
I would love to know the truth about a lot of issues confronting all of us today; namely, the Arab-Israeli situation, global warming, and home land security to name a few.  Yesterday I read an article from the local (Fredericksburg Virginia) newspaper dealing with second hand smoke.  Seems that the … (5 comments)
