   I closed on my first HUD Home last week and I must say, all went quite smoothly, much to my surprise.  Anytime you're buying or selling an "as is" home, things can get a little scary.  But aside from the fact that HUD has their own complete set of paperwork to fill out (not too complicated, just different) and their own closers which don't necessarily work in your area (we had to drive about an hour away), my client is the proud new owner of a nice 3 bedroom/2 bath manufactured home in Allegan County, MI on one acre with … (6 comments)
