The clock is ticking away on the first time homebuyer tax credit. If you are interested in buying (or selling) in West Michigan before the tax credit expires (need contract by April 30 and close by June 30) - please contact me. There's really never been a better time to buy! Prices are low, interest rates are low - for now and if you are a first time homebuyer (have not owned a home in three years), you could qualify for up to $8000. west michigan: FARMER'S MARKET: FRESH FLOWERS, FRUITS & FOOD!! - 05/08/07 09:03 AM

It's another official sign of spring in West Michigan, when the local Farmer's Markets begin opening up in the area. The farmer's bring their fresh-picked fruits & vegetables, gardeners bring their gorgeous flowers and locals bring their home-made foods. Grandville's Market opened officially today and runs every Tuesday.
Fresh Asparagus (roasted on the grill with a little EVOO,mmmm!) and rhubarb from Travest Farms in Hudsonville, homemade jerky by Barb Terpstra and her husband out of Marne, flowers galore!! by local Grandville gardeners, and fresh bread (no preservatives) from The Great Bread Co. out of Allendale being sold to a happy customer by Kay … (18 comments)

west michigan: Here I Am!!! And I'm BLOGGING!!! - 01/26/07 04:03 PM

I've been in Real Estate almost a year and have found my biggest challenge to be the computer. I owned one for several years but used it mostly for e-mail but would only check that occasionally. I figured if someone needed to contact me they could phone or write. When I became a Realtor I figured I would be so busy taking clients out that I would probably not have to use the computer that much. LOL! Now, not only do I have 2 computers and am so entirely dependent on it - I'm blogging!! My Broker issued a challenge … (7 comments)
