I found this a great start to giving ideas on how to use Twitter to drive traffic to your blog or website. What's best about using Twitter, is that it can gain some speedy viral sharing, via retweeting and reposting. I've used Twitter for just a short time and found that I've already seen an increase in my traffic to my blog posts. I find that many are embracing Twitter and other Social Media Marketing options. From all the posts I read on Activerain and other outside blogs, I come to agree that "microblogging" like using Twitter may seem small and a waste of time, but I think if done correctly can be useful.

I came across this video on 5 benefits for blogging and why a business should have a blog. I think it pertains equally well to us Activerain blog users and to our outside blogs as well as how re-blogging to Facebook using an application such as Simplaris Blogcast and the Activerain connection to Twitter, can benefit in many ways.
