Hello again Active Rainer's!!! Its been a while since i last wrote a blog but whether you believe me or not i have been swamped with real estate and various other business endeavors. Consumer response off of this website has been phenomenal. My recent hiring of an assistant has surely helped me out freeing up some time. Don't you wish there was more time during the working day? :)

As real estate professionals we have alot of lingo and sophisticated terminology. When talking to clients i employ the cliche know as KISS...........Keep it simple stupid. Clients are clients we are the professonals who are supposed to make their transaction as understandable and eduacational as possible. It isnt necessary to wow customers with lingo that they are oblivous to. many clients are not real estate savy , you will be suprised at how many dont know what escrows, ARMs, or even what a prepayment penalty is. It makes me sleep more comfortable at night knowing that i eduated a customer rather … (5 comments)
