I was under the imprssion the the payoff for the second lien holder is 6% or $6000 whichever is less.  I was told by a second lien holder that my informaion is inccorect.  Last  February the payoff to the second was not a straight $6000 regardless of the principal balance of the second lien.  Does anyone have an answer and can send a link where the second lien payoff is officially addressed?
