Hello Family & Friends,

   This is my very first Blog post and I'm really excited.  I look  to connecting with you by opening the door not only to "What's happening in Central Florida, The Real Estate Market, Business in General", but by inviting you into the daily life of a father, husband, and Central Florida Realtor.  Life can be pretty animated in the Diaz household and I look forward to sharing those moments with you.

  I will start by letting you know that in my efforts to grow and expand my Real Estate business and career, I have moved my office to Homevest Realty in Orlando.  It was a phenomenal opportunity and I am going to have the pleasure in working with my good friend William Comer.  He has got to be one of the best Realtor's & negotiator's that I have ever seen.  He has mentored since the very beginning of my RE career and for that I am grateful.  I know it sounds sappy:), but it's true.  In any case, we focus much of our attention on Orange and Seminole County, specifically the Downtown, Oviedo, Longwood, Altamonte Springs areas.  I know that most of you hear all the doom and gloom surrounding the RE market and while some of that speculation might be justified, there are many unfounded misconceptions.  It is actually a great time to buy a home.  Interest rates are at an all time low and incentives and financial assistance provided by builders and home owners(Seller's) is at an all time high.  Issac Newton stated in his Law of Motion"A physical body will remain at rest, or continue to move at a constant velocity, unless an unbalanced net forceacts upon it".  What does this mean?  That action causes action, so we have stayed pretty occupied a Homevest Realty.  Property is being bought and sold every single day, so if you are in the market looking to buy a home or know of someone who is looking to buy a home, "Don't let the moment pass you by".

  Having said all that, I will tell you that the Diaz tribe is doing well.  Nancy continues to work on her Master's in Educational Leadership.  All of you that know us, know that I married intelligence and that my friends was the smartest and most profitable decision I've ever made:):)  My daughter Sydney is doing exceptionally well in Pre-K.  It never ceases to amaze me all that she knows and how she has developed her personality into a force to be reckoned with:)  Last but not least Big "E" AKA Ethan is quite the little man.  He is surely a cutie and if he can't stand up and try to walk there will be hell to pay.  He is into everything, so needless to say he keeps my physical skills sharp, by chasing after him all day.

  This is all for now.  Not too shabby for my first post:):)  I will be adding on different elements to the Blog and I promise to keep it fresh with updated content.  Thanks for reading. Ciao!
