Homes currently on the market is 66 active listings 24 of these are new construction.  No homes were listed in August and two homes went under contract. In July three went under contract. Artsfest in Annie Marie Garden - 09/08/07 06:38 AM
Saturday & Sunday September 15 & 16 10 AM - 5 PM. $5 per person-- Children 12-under FREE. This is an anual festival with music and entertainment acts performing continuously throughout the garden.  The entertainment includes acoustic guitarist, a chorus group, or a dance company. They also has a juried art show. Recognized as one of the top outdoor arts festivals in the Mid-Atlantic region. Artsfest also has  food, and fine brews at the beautiful Garden.
