Western Shore Realty just listed a bank owned home for sale in Lusby, md. It is located close to a marina with a swimming pool and a waterfront restaurant with great crabcakes. Priced at $144,900.
This house needs some work but does have some potential. Below is a photo of the home and the marina close by.
