A customer had walked into the office to purchase a lot a few years ago. I was told not to waste my time since the commission on this would be minuscule. I ignored that advice and proceeded to help my client. I sold him an $8000 lot. As it turned out he later asked for my opinion on a condo he had and wanted to know its value.
