My first AR blog in years!
Let me start out by letting each and every one of my AR friends know how much I have missed you!! I haven't blogged in soooooo long, that I am feeling a bit disconnected.
A lot has happened and changed since then.
I have entered into the medical field I have moved to a new Real Estate firm I have watched my children grow soooooo much Anticipating this September. For, all of my children will be attending school! =) New home New family members Well, I could go on and on.

"WHAT CAN A SELLER 'S AGENT DO TO HELP ME BUY ?"
Without a buyer's agent, you're really on your own. Keep in mind, the seller's agent is actually working for the seller and is the seller's legal representative. Yes, a seller's agent can offer buyers some services, including a diligent search to find the right home, an explanation of available financing, calculation of monthly payments, estimate of settlement costs and presentation of your offer to buy.
