Worthington home prices remained strong in January 2010.  Fourteen homes were sold in Worthington, Oh between 1/1/10 and 1/31/10.  The average sales price in Worthington for January 2010 was $245,364 and home owners received 96% of list price on home sales for the month.  The average days on market for the houses that sold was about 3 1/2 months.  The average price per square foot for these homes was $124.64.
