How many times have you heard the phrase, "It Is What It Is" from real estate agents as well as the media when talking about the current real estate market?  This phrase brings back memories of a Seinfield episode where the cast used the term "Yada Yada Yada". Is "It Is What It Is" comparable to the phrase "Yada Yada Yada"? You are in a conversation with a real estate agent and he/she starts and the agents says the current real estate market "Is What It Is".
