Many sellers don't understand business, let alone real estate. Owning a property gives many a false sense that ownership equals knowledge, they are wrong. They think small and pinch every penny thinking they are being taken advantage of by a market that, for too long, has been slanted in favor of buyers. Since they pay nothing up front for our service, the pricing and condition - the only two market conditions of which sellers have control - are usually left to their expertise.
