If you are a beginner in real estate today, then you have an opportunity to learn the skills of business development and customer service in a much more effective way than agents who were licensed during the boom of the past 6 years. It's all about systems! Systems means scripts, checks lists, and repetition and repetition drives learning! If you work your systems then you will become proficient in the skills that make you successful. Because of your professionalism, the customer and/or client will not have reason to ask you if you're new or question your ability to help them reach their goals. Often beginners decide that they no longer need to implement these systems after they have reached a certain level of production or success. NOT SO!! Do you think that everytime the surgeon remove the tonsils, he makes up the procedure with each new patient, or that Yul Brynner made up the lines every time he performed "The King And I"? Is a McDonald's cheeseburger the same in Boston as in Seattle? YES....So, make your real estate practice "system-driven" and do not abandon the great tools you learned when you were a beginner.
